Shipping Policy

At Paper Planning and more, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Every package is carefully packed by hand to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Options & Charges (India Only)

  • Standard Shipping: ₹80 (for orders below ₹2500)

  • 2-Day BlueDart Delivery: ₹500

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹150–₹250 (based on order value)

  • Future Delivery: Customers may select a preferred future shipping date at checkout (Please include a note in the comments section).

We partner only with reliable courier services and India Post/Speed Post to ensure the safest possible delivery experience.

Delivery Timelines

We strive to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines mentioned in your confirmation email. However, delivery may be subject to delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen external circumstances, which are beyond our control.

Important Notes

  • Once an item has been handed over to the carrier, Paper Planning and  more is not liable for delays, damages, lost, or stolen parcels.

  • Customers are responsible for taking appropriate steps in case of lost shipments (e.g., contacting the carrier, verifying delivery details).

  • If your area falls under a lockdown or becomes inaccessible due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural calamities or emergencies), your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
