Returns & Refund Policy

At Paper Planning & More, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on orders once placed.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Reporting a Damaged/Defective Product

If your order contains a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@paperplanningandmore.com with the subject line:
“Defective Product in Order No: [Your Order Number]”

Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s), along with an order opening video.

Submit your email within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Important: Reports received after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or store credit.

Return Process

If we verify the damage/defect, we will issue a return label and arrange pickup.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a store credit note for the value of the damaged item.

This store credit can be used for future purchases at Paper Planning & More.

Exceptions

Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Paper Planning and more is not the manufacturer of most listed products (unless explicitly stated) and is not liable for manufacturer defects.
