Owing to the nature of products, at Paper Planning and More, we do not offer returns/refunds for the orders.
In case you have received a defective/ damaged product, please do not worry. Drop us an e-mail at email@example.com with the subject line “Defective products in Order no: _____”, along with the pictures of the damaged products. Please note that any defective/damaged products need to be brought to our attention within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. After the expiry of 48 hours from the delivery time, the order will not qualify for a refund/ return. If we are satisfied that the product delivered is indeed defective/ damaged we shall provide you with a return label and will have the product collected from you. Once we receive the product and have inspected it, Store Credit Note shall be given to you, which can be used on your next order.
