1. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship Pan-India using a range of trusted courier partners. For remote locations, we ensure delivery through India Post (prepaid orders only) whenever required.


2. What shipping options are available and how long does delivery take?

Here are our current shipping methods (delivery timelines exclude processing time):

  • Standard Shipping (Prepaid): ₹80 for orders below ₹2500
    Delivery in 5–10 working days

  • Bluedart 2-Day Delivery (Prepaid): ₹500 for all orders
    Delivery in 2 working days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Delivery in 8–10 working days

    • Orders below ₹2500 – ₹150

    • Orders ₹2500–₹4000 – ₹200

    • Orders above ₹4000 – ₹250
      (Maximum COD order value: ₹8000)


3. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders placed between Sunday and Friday afternoon are processed within 48–72 hours.
Orders placed on Friday evening and Saturday are processed from Sunday onwards.

Note: Items like sticker sheets, washi samples, custom products, and sticker books may take 72–96 hours to process.


4. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! All shipments are tracked.
You’ll receive the tracking details via email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order here.


5. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We do not offer cancellations or modifications once an order is placed.
However, if you notice an error in your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it by replying to the order confirmation email.

Note: Items on sale are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.


6. What if there's an issue with the products I receive?

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us at info@paperplanningandmore.com

  • Include your order number, email used for purchase, and photos of the issue along with a package opening video

  • All concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

If validated, we will arrange a pickup, and upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, issue a Store Credit Code redeemable on your next order.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping!
Please email us at info@paperplanningandmore.com with your shipping location, and we’ll manually calculate the shipping charges and generate a custom invoice for you.
