Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship Pan-India, making use of various trusted courier companies. We try our best to deliver to even the remotest areas, making use of India Post as the need arises. (In lieu of the government imposed lockdowns in various parts of the country, delivery will be severely affected.)
How long does shipping take? What are the different shipping methods available?
We have the following shipping methods available:
Standard Shipping: Rs 80 for all orders below Rs 2500, with delivery time between 5 to 10 working days
Priority Shipping: Rs 120 for all orders below Rs 3000, with delivery time between 5 to 7 working days (Priority shipping ensures faster processing and shipping)
- Future Shipping: Rs 100 for all orders. Given the current situations, if you'd like to hold onto your orders and ship them at a future date, please select this shipping method (available only for prepaid orders), and when checking out mention a shipping date as per your convenience in the comments section.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): The delivery time between 8 to 10 working days, with the following rate slabs (min order total of Rs 500, and max Rs 7000 is allowed for COD)
- Orders below Rs 2500 – Rs 150
- Orders between Rs 2500 and Rs 4000 – Rs 200
- Orders above Rs 4000 – Rs 250
- How long is the processing time for the order?
Orders placed from Sunday to Thursday evening are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday are processed Sunday onwards. However, the processing time for sticker sheets, customised products, sticker books etc. is 48-72 hours.
- My order has been dispatched, can I track it?
Yes, we provide tracked shipping. Tracking details will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We do not offer cancellation or change of orders once they are placed. However, if you feel there is an error with the order you’ve placed, please inform us within half an hour, so that we can rectify it. (You can do so by replying to the order confirmation mail sent to you)
What if there is an issue with the products delivered?
Please send us a photo of the issue(s) you are describing, along with the order number and the email id used by you to place the order. The more detail you can provide us, the easier it will be for us to resolve the issue. The defective piece will be picked up by us and you shall receive Store Credit Code (once the product has been returned to us and we have completed inspecting the issue) which can be used for your next order.
Please note: All defects must be brought to our notice within 24 hours of delivery. After that we will not entertain any issues.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will manually calculate the shipping for your country and generate an invoice for you.
