  1. Do you ship across India?
    Yes, we ship Pan-India, making use of various trusted courier companies. We try our best to deliver to even the remotest areas, making use of India Post as the need arises. 

  2. How long does shipping take? What are the different shipping methods available?

    We have the following shipping methods available:

    1. Standard Shipping (Prepaid): Rs 80 for all orders below Rs 2500, with delivery time between 5 to 10 working days

    2. Express Air Delivery (Prepaid): Rs 120 for all orders below Rs 3000, with delivery time between 5 to 7 working days (This shipping method ensures faster processing and shipping) 

    3. Bluedart 2 Day Delivery (Prepaid): Rs 500 for all orders. Orders are shipped overnight ensuring a delivery within 2 working days.

    4. Cash on Delivery (COD): The delivery time between 8 to 10 working days, with the following rate slabs (max order total of Rs 5000 is allowed for COD)

      1. Orders below Rs 2500 – Rs 150

      2. Orders between Rs 2500 and Rs 4000 – Rs 200

      3. Orders above Rs 4000 – Rs 250

  3. How long is the processing time for the order?
    Orders placed from Sunday to Friday evening are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday evening and Saturday are processed Sunday onwards. However, the processing time for sticker sheets, washi samples, customised products, sticker books etc. is 48-72 hours.

  4. My order has been dispatched, can I track it?
    Yes, we provide tracked shipping. Tracking details will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.

  5. Can I change or cancel my order?
    We do not offer cancellation or change of orders once they are placed. However, if you feel there is an error with the order you’ve placed, please inform us within half an hour, so that we can rectify it. (You can do so by replying to the order confirmation mail sent to you)

  6. What if there is an issue with the products delivered?
    Please send us a photo of the issue(s) you are describing, along with the order number and the email id used by you to place the order. The more detail you can provide us, the easier it will be for us to resolve the issue. The defective piece will be picked up by us and you shall receive Store Credit Code (once the product has been returned to us and we have completed inspecting the issue) which can be used for your next order.
    Please note: All defects must be brought to our notice within 24 hours of delivery. After that we will not entertain any issues.

  8. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us at info@paperplanningandmore.com and we will manually calculate the shipping for your country and generate an invoice for you.
